holding back announcements..

How long can a company hold back its announcements??

Is it legal?

My question :

Is the current agenda by management to increase sp or decrease it??

Hardly nobody is buying or selling, yet in their wisdom they have let the sp fall further even tho we have great prospects??

Who did we forget? The next door neighbour, the brother inlaw, the mistress??

Pretty pathetic, I hope AVM are ruthless and shakes this company up!
