I raised concerns right before the 'significant acquisitions' that something was wrong. This is not a 'I told you so', it's a wake up and exercise your rights before your or someone elses money is squandered by this board.

The deceptive nature of the updates in respect of the expected length of the suspension was enough to ring alarm bells.

I am resolute now about the changes I would like to see and will be consistent in that regard. Good governance is imperative. Given enough of other peoples money anyone can do what this board is doing. It's akin to the MO of Alan Bond; Buy business' you did nothing to create and pass them off as your hard work. How'd that work out for Bondy?
