Seriously? Do you not think that the Feldmans thought the price would be 0.08 or above after their "company transformation announcement"?!
When companies release announcements with capital raisings tacked on they should be treated as 1 announcement- the capital raise usually funds what's in the announcement (multiple new salary/travel expenses in this case.)
What's the alternative way to view it? We'll raise at 8 cents because we have all these awesome announcements coming up but you just need to trust they're good?!
