The indicative timetable for re-compliance,Ash.
2nd of July was the date to call a shareholder meeting to vote
on the acquisition.
It pushes everything back, you can only hold a vote
31 days after the announcement.
I am surprised the ASX is letting them trade.
The more they push it back,the more people are making
uninformed investment decisions.
It should not be trading just like others that are undergoing
re-compliance.
Everything should be spelt out in a full prospectus
and after the vote, it's up to the asx to allow re-listing.
It becomes a completely new listed entity.
