"After consideration of the merits of Ausdrill’s proposal, your board has determined to unanimously
recommend it to Brandrill’s shareholders. The board recommends that, in the absence of a superior
proposal, shareholders vote to approve the transaction. Along with my fellow directors, I have confirmed to
Ausdrill that I will vote shares I own or control in favour of the scheme."
