Hey mate, all remaining Cardinal shares are being compulsorily acquired by Shandong Gold so you should receive a form from Computershare in the mail within a months time (possibly a touch longer as you are in the UK). You will have to insert your bank details into that form and return it to Computershare so that Computershare can pay you out for your shares that will be acquired.
