The first couple of years profits need to be put back into growing the company, surely? A bigger sales force, regional offices in Europe, Canada, US etc.
After that I am all for dividends for sure.
Seems to me US companies are generally more reticent to pay dividends - US management would rather pay themselves massive salaries and performance rewards. I hope AJX don't catch that disease while they are over there.
