Old mate (other bloke) gets paid for a couple of days a week or something similar........ so for that amount of effort you expect some sort of activity to be happening (need to read the prospectus to get actual details - but I do remember MC and the others do not pull a wage until ASX listing - not that this means they are not getting expenses)
