Even if a special resolution were arranged for and held - wouldn't be much point - most of the money has left the building and assumedly this mob will follow looking for greener pastures for their new COW - I'm sure there's more milking to be done elsewhere.

Years of empty promises to list on the ASX, years of empty promises using shareholder funds and since it's not listed, it doesn't have to abide by ASX listing rules so years of no accountability - now turning to a nice shiny new prospectus with a fancy new name with a promise of riches - well, not even that!!
