Back on 15/10/12 the company advised that they had appointed advisors Moelis and co to "consider potential change of control transactions involving Westside". There has been no revocation of that appointment announced so I would assume that they are still advising us.

This being the case then I would expect that they are still in there and suggesting a path for us to follow. Perhaps that is the holdup and possibly for good reason.
