A higher SP makes no difference if there aren't any shorts left to cover.
I can't see any new short positions being taken on this stock.
So it's a question of the forest fire not having any more fuel to burn.
The holders of the stock generally have no interest in selling.
They're making a point. And doing an excellent job at it.
