I'm not happy with TLS customer service I pay them over $240 each month I been with them for many years. The people in philippines most of the time you can't understand what they are saying. During the last covid lock down in Melbourne my IQ box for Foxtel needed replacement I had to wait for more than two weeks for a new one as the first box was send to an address in Sydney I had no TV during that, does anyone care when you call them? Around February this year because I was getting too many unwanted overseas phone calls they blocked some overseas countries incoming calls to over come the problem, It turned out a few months later that they had BLOCKED ALL MY OVERSEAS incoming phone call.
If they like to improve customer care they better do something about it.
