Did Pretorius 'grab' or steer the Reptile tenements away from Uranium Resources plc (WMT's jv partner) and nearly got charged with some offence?

Pretorius must know something about their potential and probably, knows that further exploration will indeed establish a bigger resource. Why else would PDN get into the picture?

My reply is simple:-

there is a lot of bad blood between Dr Leon Pretorius (now running Deep Yellow) and James Pratt (now running Uranium Resources plc) and I believe that is what was behind the claim by Uranium Resources plc – also did you notice they made their claim right in their “middle” of the last rights issue - it appeared they were trying to be disruptive as possible.

A little bit of Acient History:-

Pratt was running Deep Yellow Limited before Dr Leon Pretorious came on board and took over. Pratt instigated the first lot of drilling at Napperby which was a complete stuff up because they used the incorrect drilling method:-

In a nut shell Pratt stuffed the drilling up he instigated and left Dr Pretorious and his team the mess to clean up - which they have, and Dr Pretorious and his team having re-drilled Napperby using the correct method we now have a JORC resource.

It don't take much to out-fox Pratt - Pratt drilled Napperby and found nothing - Pretorius drilled Napperby and found Uranium

I'll put my money on the good Doctor any day.

And given Pratt's efforts at Napperby I am willing to wager he comes off second best to the Doctor once again should it go any further
