Another point is the vendor of the Reptile tenements obviously wanted to deal with LP, otherwise they could have pulled the pin on the deal if allegations had any substance. The vendor made the right choice in teaming up with DYL / PDN with uranium plant next door. They also have a huge paper profit on shares that they received as part of payment (13.5c)
