    At the moment I can't see any reason for the price to go higher. Besix has been very firm on the price they're willing to pay and now they hold a majority of shares I can't see them paying more. They've been playing a very VERY long game with this takeover in order to keep the purchase price down (aided and abetted by the Board of course)
