all these comments on manipulation are really nonsensical. if there is manipulation, the company can easily make announcements to quash rumours and manipulation.
these companies choose not to respond to share price massive slide because there is usually truth behind all the gossip and rumours in the market.
if share price slides by more than 50% in 6 months time and management chooses to stay quiet, then my opinion is that issue is real and management is conveniently staying quiet to play in grey area.
