Because CLQ are terrible with announcements amd communication in general. With some of the other minning spec companies post announcements like a new mum posts baby photos to instagram.
Take the possible Queensland plant for example. Any other company would have posted an announcement with the tender and another once they were under consideration. With CLQ you get a throw away line in the middle of a quarterly.
