should let then know about the water that is delivered (RELATIVELY FOR FREE) with the brown-coal that we wring and separate....they would kill two birds if they acknowledged that. Its a conglomerate mess when your mates work for you (in Govt).
The above article is another example of idiotic fiscal bureaucracy from the aristocracy (and govt) we continually dont sack or expose for a lack of integrity/rational logic.

But i guess a foreign country like Vietnam will get the ESI snd Coldrys Environmantal and Technological benefit before Australia, because our Govt doesnt elevate their successful inventions/technology, they just let it rust and say - 'noone was paying me to' mentality.
We have energitic people and a lazy government making us sit back on the couch and take a ticket.
