I have a few lonely LNR shares.
Probably would net $100 on selling after costs.
Decided to go through the process to further my education.
Decided to open an International Trading account with Commsec as other trading is done with them.
Thought my existing information with Comsec would prove useful and mean less paperwork than with Computershare [ USA]

Admittedly my situation is abnormal but I've put in 8 hours trying to comply with all requirements [ USA laws }
I have still not satisfied all the paperwork and have decided to throw in the towel

I'd say unless you need to establish a $1500 dollar loss for tax purposes or get $1500 cash into your account it is all too much effort

I did read somewhere that Delaware share register has the advantage to the LNR company if they get returned mail for 2 years then your share holding is cancelled automatically.

While you lose your shares the ATO probably doesn't count that as a termination event
