I just called the number above and they transferred me to a recording which said that we will recieve a claim form on 20th December 2018 for us to claim our money back. This is so stupid. I have had my shares acquired by other companies before they just EFT the funds to my account and send a settlement statement. Never have i heard of claiming my funds back.
