Parkerkeith thats not the case at all. Clearly they have yet to reach a deal hence no release. The fact that it has taken 2 months and no word would suggest FMG are dragging there feet on this one. How other holders can view this as a positive is quite baffling. OBL are in no position to bargain hell they dont even have native title issue resolved perhaps this was the underlying cavet of the deal progressing. OBL management have dropped the ball in a big way stating a timeframe shows how out of depth our management is i am afraid. A simple announcement stating the deal is still being negotiated would put SH mind at ease. Why management have yet to do so it would seem is that FMG are not caugh hook line and sinker and they do not want to admit the current state of affairs.

Come on Neil a one sentence announcement is all that is required to put the people that pay you mind to rest.

TU if you demand management clarify the position ( clearly they can clarify the position without comprimising a deal as long as they do not state specific ect)
