FMG hold all the cards, and OBL will inform the market on how the deal is going when FMG and only FMG let them.
We are at FMG's mercy on this one and i dont believe for a second that FMG or OBL have dropped the ball on this. If in fact they had ACCC, ASIC & the ASX would be asking them questions and if they did not like what they heard then the stock would be suspended.
just be patient boysy1 as i believe OBL are getting on with a better deal, maybe for the whole company..
