Everyone is just waiting for the contract award announcement. The government is keen on helping and supporting local talent, I believe NWH will benefit from the deal. Anticipating an announcement to be made before May, don't know exactly when but it's definitely going to trigger a reaction when it happens.
If management were not confident of a revival would they even bother investing in marketing and branding. The company is getting back into shape and pulling things together. I think it would be foolish as an investor, punter or whatever to miss out on this kind of opportunity when you know for certain that something is going to happen. Just waiting for the dealer to reveal the last card.
