    @jimbowie Just doing some rough MOY calculations it appears that IMC Corp costs per share to date are approximately $0.025. If IMC exercises its 60 million options rights at $0.08 per share it would have total investment of approximately $15.5 million for its shares at $0.03 per share. Right now to break-even, IMC would need $11.2 million for its shares and loan repayment of $10 million. If IMC exercises the 60 million options it would own approximately 53% of MOY. If IMC hadn't provided the loan, its breakeven point for sale of MOY would have been $11.2 million ($0.025 per share). Now, if all of the $20 million is drawn down and the 60 million options are exercised, then IMC's breakeven is $35.5 million. The loan IMC made to MOY certainly increased IMC's breakeven cost and shows great confidence in MOY's future. Looks to me like IMC will not sell and try to ride it out.
