'no wait, we'll be ok as we voted to allow ourselves to issue enough shares to management to cover any dilution necessary to raise funds to continue paying ourselves'?
Well if you go by what was reported in Q1 - they had ~$3.4 m and used just under $1 m in , so I'm guessing ~$2.4 m by year end (Q2) and looking at $1 million and change by end of this quarter (Q3 March) ... going to be interesting trying to raise cash with current share price and recent historical performance of management - if they do the same discount to current share price, pay through the nose, no lock in period to allow people they are raising from to sell quickly to take advantage of the discount, that they did last time I reckon we'd be looking at at raise around the 2.4c range.
