If you look at the number of sell shares on offer there is about 37 million. 25 million of those shares are to be sold between 30c and 32c, that sure looks like the price is being held back by someone. The sell side is continually knocking the buyers down. To me it looks like it will run hard when the accumulators feel they have enough shares in their pockets.
