I'm taking a lot of heart from the strength at this level. Obviously now it depends on pcl getting a good result, but downside is probably back to .035 level you would think before senegal drills get far moving back again ...
i suspect we have seen the pcl drill marked down and hence a cautious approach to far ... upside here for them is great if pcl drill hits. if not there is downside so i guess no one wants to be buying before that hits.
