For a while now Australian companies have preferred raising money through equity not debt now we can expect a reversal as foolish companies string themselves out on debt. ABU is not in this position or mindset. If I was the MD - Having a fair idea of the test results, I would not release them until I had made my case to foreign investors which is exactly what we are seeing!

We are seeing some natural correction allowing more positions before the announcement. Because we can safely predict more growth and good results I expect new highs and new confidence so with companies fundamentally strong as ABU always think long term.

Regardless of economic factors potentially hurting Australia the desire for our resources is not going to be unabated for a long time. An aggressive drill program should deliver good news in the short term. This should be trading at 10c+ with a current gold reserve of 1.7 million ounces.

ABM holds 28,000 square kilometres of exploration licenses and exploration license applications throughout the Tanami and Arunta regions. The Company considers that this region is one of the most underexplored gold provinces in Australia with the potential to host multiple world-class gold discoveries in excess of 5 million ounces. Probably closer to 8-10 million ounces!
