Boffin, if roc falls another 10c tomorrow, as it has today, it WILL be at 70c.
The ROC sp does not concern me so much as the long wait I have now for the 5c cash & .792 of a roc share, until compulsory acquisition of my remaining anzon shares, which either roc or computershare don't wish to accept & pay out for!
They are obliged under the Takeover Bidder's Statement, and clearly by the Acceptance Form I signed last week, to acquire ALL of my anzon shares not just a fraction of them.
Is ROC so cash poor as to dodge its commitments under the Offer? Or is Computershare just slack in its acceptance procedures?
