there are about 400 million shares out there tradeable. A VERY important point here is that the shares that are in escrow (circa.700 million) are not in an ASX restricted security escrow - but all TSI shareholders volunteered a six month escrow due to their strong belief in TSI being able to add continuous value.
However, i do believe they are tightly held. Many investors in QED originally were there in case TSI came in to QED as it has now.
