I think you will find that the buy side is being manipulated by traders trying to push the sp price up ready for a big dump friday! Just because there are alot of buyers on the screen doesn't mean they are serious bidders!
Most of the buy side is probably sitting around the 1c mark if you look carefully. Most serious buyers are holding in the 10 to 10.5c range ready for the friday profit taking sell down. If theres more bad news out of Japan over night then expect the price to retreat on fears once again. Hopefully things are stabilising in Japan and the markets will react accordingly and quality stocks like AVB will be able to keep moving up in price.
