SDL has 2 BILLION shares on issue...NOT GOOD. Every 10c increase in its SP adds $200 million to market cap...how much upside is there in SDL considering this? Not much (in fact i reckon its way overpriced given that its project is in the middle of Cameroon - not exactly the best country to be working in).

ERH on the other hand has around 300 million shares (if you count the convertings and the options) so a 10c incease in SP only adds $30 million to market cap...so PLENTY of upside here (depending on results).

Of course if you are a 'trader' then 2 BILLION shares on issue is a dream come true because liquidity is your friend.
