when i talk of sleeper assets there is still a fair bit of land in nhc also around ipswich but i dont know if it is all suitable for development - i believe they sold some to brickworks for its development arm but i thought there was more
api is only 20 odd % owned but for a business with its turnover and particularly priceline ( with its cardholders also growing ) on board as well it could be turned into value one would think
once upon a time i would have thougt that the coal to liquids may have been some sort of proposition but i dont know!
