i havent the time ( wheat harvest etc ) to look too thoroughly but one of the issues( and where perpetual is porbably coming from ) is that brickworks itself is also very undervalued - you have said it trades for its value of sol shares but the building materials, land development and property trust are very substantial businesses
i dont see and mention of copperchem which isnt major in the whole scheme but is a likely to be $100m odd - the priceline business within api is also a sleeper imo
