    IMHO,

    "it", is draging opl down,

    opl is cashed up and drilling away!

    within 3 months, - 400 obepd
    6 months - 1000 obepd
    12 months - 1000 +

    HOLD ON. - opl should think about,
    tacking "it" over, it's a very
    big joke! or merge with OPL.
