    OPL have enough cash to launch a hostile takeover of NEO at 10c / share.

    all steve has to do is offer a decent price for all NEOO holders and its curtains for Kain. The exploration risk for the drilling in the SE Lost Hills is diminishing by the day with each result from testing.

    so the further NEO's price goes down.. the more attractive that 37.5% looks.
