I dont see the problem....
Seems aex has been put first in line for results - cant help if these guys (CCIC) stuffed up....The way I read it is that DD is first in line now....
And it is good to see that the crew at aex can actually post that they themselves are now (frustrated) - Actually posting that - (putting it down on paper) -makes it legal....
I cant see doom and gloom - I actually see good news all round....
But thats just me - DYOR....
