Received email from Administrator :
"As you would be aware, the Company’s shares were suspended from trading prior to the appointment of the Administrator. In accordance with the ASX Settlement Operating Rules, the ASX has closed the CHESS Subregister for the Company’s shares as they have been suspended from trading for more than 60 business days. As a result, shareholders may find that the Company’s shares may no longer appear in their register of shareholdings on their trading platform. Notwithstanding this, I confirm that the Company’s shares remain in existence, however the shares will not return to the CHESS Subregister whilst they continue to be suspended from trading.
The Deed Administrator is currently undertaking a realisation program for the sale and/or recapitalisation and restructure of the Company’s assets. The Deed Administrator will continue to keep shareholders updated with any material developments by way of ASX announcements.
