Pagedown, you could be onto something here....teckers have the exact thing Kevin is looking for to blow 42 billion on! This is the ONLY way that old low grade dog at Phillip River will ever be mined.
In fact, the Govt could do far worse than get the teckers management to advise on clever ways to make all the cash cash vanish. Good call.
