Hi ppl,
It cracks me up when I see these manipps trying to stack on at .45 cents. Thinking that they can hold roc down for long. I believe that this stock is at a bargain at these prices, and the manipps know that. Thats why this stock gets shorted every day of the week.
Roc will pull through and munch away at the .45 cent resistence. It's only a matter of time. Hopefully the Dow will be up over night, but I doubt it, usual profit takers on Friday.
I'm holding until I get a pretty reasonable price. I'll prob exit out at .70 cents.
