People should be mitigating risk with their portfolios right now. Culling the specs with little cash and far off prospects and concentrating thier portfolios with defence plays (income stream) in the right sector and near term discovery upside,, eg CVN.

Turbulant markets sort the strong from the weak stocks ,,, splits the deck decisively ,,, and the astute will be active in realigning to maximise returns,, the ditherers will ensure mediocre results.
