Could be a very clever ploy. CR at a low price to 'sophisticated investors' then announce DHEM results and the shares double/treble. Makes them look good. Also note that Newexco are now looking to get paid in shares (they did this with SEG too).
This whole area is 'highly prospective' and all it takes is a drill hole in the right place and we are off!
SIR did all the same things, found all the same things, but were incredibly lucky when their first diamond hole came up trumps.
