What i gather from the research i,ve done is that the last time prices dropped was during the 1990 recession.
Housing in the inner cbd dropped by 10 to 15% while holliday homes dipped down to 50% lower over a 12 month
peroid then slowly but steadily recovered .
If history repeats itself there could be some bargains coming up soon.
