Also forgot to mention, for those unfamiliar with Pottsville. It's a small family village that is located 30mins north of Byron Bay and about 20mins south of Coolangatta. There are great surf spots, crystal clear river mouths, hinterland attractions, markets and top resturants all within a 10-15min drive.

My neighbour is heading off overseas during christmas. He wants to holiday lease his house from the 20th Dec. until 1st Feb.
It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a quiet beachside community. It's about 800m to the beach or about a five minute walk. The home is located in Koala Beach estate so there's no cats or dogs allowed. This means it's a very tranquil area with heaps of wildlife. The home backs onto a nature reserve where there is a park and creek nearby. The kids can play on the swing located on the creek. He wants $800 a week.
