Just remember that TGA has nothing officially to do with US approval. It is an overseas regulatory authority, australia's infact. Was colvera approved anywhere else? Say Germany. I understand they don't need fda approval but I'm betting it has regulatory approval somewhere that will allow clia labs to fall back on when sued.
