Brear, management drive the messaging. I think management sign off on what goes out. You think any listed company would allow a PR to release ASX notices? The fax to the ASX comes from the company.
This is the same for media releases and any other communications, whether text etc.
How is a PR company meant to fact check lab results or any other company operational processes while restrained from access due to offshore geographies like Malaysia (let alone the challenges of COVID-19). They can only go on what has been provided by management.
My I suggest that management enrol in the AICD Directors Course for a guide to better governance and stop beating up PR or IR companies.
