Excellent post and very good point. Any product or Company is only as good as how best it can promote/market and HCT is failing in this.
They have the best products but as you pointed out not providing the outlook of the current or future potential to the market. Also not getting into the right side of good Instos/Brokers.
They may be flat out now to be fair and let the Doctors work on that front, but it is worth the money they employ someone to look after their market promotions.
It really pinches when SKN is outweighing HCT in terms of Market volume and SP. As I mentioned, HCT is the only one in this sanitiser landscape that has fallen in SP since February when all the rest in this landscape has bagged or multi-bagged.
