Running out of money before revenue from business ventures comes is rolling is not something unexpected in the spec stock end of town. It's how management handles the transition that counts.
PO and his mates hold more shares than all of us combined. They are not going dilute their future wealth for 2 cents.
We need to understand the kind of money big teleco's deal with. If they think anything NOR is doing has potential they can pay for more than most retail investors are willing to punt.
