The six listed for Holloman Mineral d. 08/10/08 appear to be the old ones held previously by ALE. Does Native Title XPG mean exploration licence granted?

The 4 on the 15th and 22nd Oct 08 to Holloman Minerals appear to be RMG sites?. What status is their Native Title
code "RTN"?
