    As I am a holder of ADD and RMG, I have been keeping half an eye on ALE developments since they announced the HOA with Holloman in November last year. Expected them to call a General Meeting to ratify this, but this was not forthcoming.

    Noticed today that the AGM to be held next month has no mention of the ratification of the agreement. Does this mean that there is no intention to proceed or have I missed some thing ?

    Can anyone shine any light on this ?
